Event Code of Conduct

UTV Takeover is committed to conducting its business affairs in a socially responsible manner. UTV Takeover expects a commitment to legal compliance and ethical business practices from all of its sponsors, vendors, and community participants. The following Code of Conduct shall apply to all participants of all UTV Takeover events:

LEGAL COMPLIANCE: Sponsors and Vendors must comply with all applicable legal requirements in conducting business related to sales at each specific event location. Sponsors and Vendors must also comply with any lawful and reasonable direction given by UTV Takeover staff.

ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE: Sponsors and Vendors will be committed to the protection and preservation of the local environment and conduct business accordingly.

COMPLIANCE WITH ETHICAL PRINCIPLES: Sponsors and Vendors will be committed in the conduct of their business to a set of ethical standards, which include, but are not limited to, honesty, integrity, trustworthiness, and respect for the unique intrinsic value of each human being. Sponsors and Vendors are expected to act with integrity during the course of the relationship between UTV Takeover and your business. UTV Takeover staff also expect that vendors will not provide false or misleading information to anyone including the UTV Takeover event participants.

FAILURE TO COMPLY: If any Sponsor or Vendor, or others acting on behalf of the Sponsor or Vendor, fails to comply with the Code of Conduct, UTV Takeover management will decide an immediate course of action including but not limited to; Dismissal from the UTV Takeover event without reimbursement of previously paid funds, exclusion from future participation in events, and legal proceedings that best protect UTV Takeover and others in attendance from personal injury, harassment, or damages.
