Winchester Bay Camping
With such large numbers of people attending Takeover events, day-use parking and overnight camping can be very convenient but in limited supply. We recommend arriving early for a parking spot and/or camping on the dunes, where easy access to the event and direct dune access is easy any time of day. ALL camp spots sell out quickly so reserve as early as possible! Please note that ALL on-site campgrounds/spots are dry-camping and there are no dedicated potable/blackwater systems available on-site.

On-Site Camping
If you are looking to be right in the middle of the action then On-Site Camping is for you. With eight different areas at four different price points, we feel confident that we have something to fit your needs. All these sites have dune access and all have direct access to the events and activities. Prices range from $150 to $2,250 and include 6 days and 5 nights. These spots sell out fast each year so make sure to get in early. All these sites are managed by Takeover and must be reserved through our website.
Off-Site Camping
If being right in the middle of the action is not your thing and you prefer a more toned-down camping experience at the largest UTV event in the country then Off-Site Camping may be right for you. We recommend these awesome campgrounds in the nearby area. They all offer direct dune access and direct access to the events via the sand. Unlike On-Site Camping these sites are not managed by Takeover and must be reserved directly with each campground.
