2026 UTV Takeover Individual Ambassador

Compensation Package

UTV TAKEOVER will provide the following to/for the AMBASSADOR during the 2026 Tour:

AMBASSADOR will be featured throughout 2026 on UTV Takeover website Ambassador Page with a photo and links to your social pages.
AMBASSADOR will be featured in (3) event programs – both physical and digital. This includes one program for Coos Bay, one program for Winchester Bay and one program for Sand Hollow.
AMBASSADOR can purchase a 10’ wide x 20’ deep vending space at 50% off. This space can be used to sell personal products and merchandise. This booth cannot be resold or used for third party companies.
AMBASSADOR will receive up to two (2) dry camping spots at each event, valued at $250 each. Ambassador may use this value towards the cost of an upgraded camping spot(s), if available.
AMBASSADOR will receive up to eight (8) wristbands at each event for family and friends.
AMBASSADOR will be featured in (3) “RIDER SPOTLIGHT” social media posts. This includes one post prior to Coos Bay, one post prior to Winchester Bay and one post prior to Sand Hollow. These posts will go live on all three of our platforms, Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok
AMBASSADOR will be recognized during the Saturday awards ceremony and during each activity that they participate in. On-site shoutouts will be done with our MC and stereo system.

AMBASSADOR will provide the following during the 2026 Tour:

AMBASSADOR shall attend all scheduled UTV Takeover events.
AMBASSADOR shall attend their scheduled 2-hour Meet and Greets during the events, located at the vendor row UTV Takeover Ambassador vendor/tent. Each AMBASSADOR will be able to sell merchandise, take pictures, sign autographs etc. during each day’s scheduled Meet and Greet hour.
AMBASSADOR shall participate in at least three (3) scheduled activities during each event.
AMBASSADOR will create and share one (1) social media video per event. This video should be done prior to each event and should highlight the AMBASSADOR’S participation in the upcoming event. Video shall be posted across UTV Takeover’s social media channels.
AMBASSADOR will create and share two (2) social media posts per event. Both (2) posts should be done prior to each event. These posts should be text/photos and should highlight the AMBASSADOR’S participation in the upcoming event. Posts shall be shared across AMBASSADOR’S social media channels, collabing with and/or tagging UTV Takeover.
All three posts mentioned above should be shared at least 15 days apart from each other to maximize engagement. This includes (1) video post and (2) photo posts. They can be shared in any order.
AMBASSADOR shall engage in cross promotion of UTV TAKEOVER throughout the year.

2026 UTV Takeover Group Ambassador

AMBASSADOR Group will provide the following during the 2026 Tour:
